Important dates

Registration opens: April 1st, 2016
Deadline for early registration: June 1st, 2016
Deadline for late registration: July 1st, 2016
Deadline for abstract submission
- for oral presentations: May 1st, 2016
- for poster presentations: June 1st, 2016

Registration fees

Student: 200 € (+ 50 € after June 1st)
Regular participant: 380 € (+ 50 € after June 1st)

The fees include a welcome mixer on the evening of the 4th, lunches from the 5th to the 7th an evening BBQ on the 5th and the conference dinner on the 7th.

Payment must be done via bank transfer. Details are given during the registration process.

Abstract submission

The abstract is limited to 2500 characters and offers the possibility to upload a figure (in jpeg or png).
You need to be registered in order to submit an abstract.

Student stipend

A limited number of student stipends (for traveling and lodging costs) is available. Applicants must be full-time graduate students at the time of the conference and must be the presenting author on a submitted abstract (oral or poster). To apply, send the following documents by email to smarter5@uni-bayreuth.de:
1. a proof of registration,
2. the submitted abstract.
3. a letter of recommendation from your supervisor,
4. a valid student id.
